From 17th to 19th of September, KSI joined the Bruker Biosensors User Meeting in Bremen, where three people from our team were invited speakers. The event brought together scientists from all over the world, and covered topics from SPR and switchSENSE to scIC.
Dr. Christine Schirmer and Manal al Maoush presented their current projects
- Dr. Christine Schirmer is the Team Lead of the Bioanalytical Laboratory, and presented the talk “Kinetic signatures of anti-HER2 binding: What cancer cell lines reveal”, featuring the responses of different cancer cell lines to the therapeutic anti-HER2 antibody;
- Manal al Maoush is currently a 1st-year PhD student at KSI and will present her ongoing project about the binding kinetics of bispecific antibodies on living cancer cells;
- Besides those presentations, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Rant held the talk “Screening conformational changes based on origami nanolever velocities”.
We would like to thank Bruker Biosensors again for the invitation and the organisation!
